Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Implement interventions to address resident concerns, such as pain management and fall prevention
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care

We offer a competitive salary range of $41-$47 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and shift differentials. Additionally, our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid sick time, paid vacation, and paid holidays.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
  • Current and active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Knowledge of Geriatric Nursing principles and practices
