Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at The UPS Store in Owasso, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate point-of-sale devices and other office equipment.
  • Advises valued clients by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options.
  • Exhibits excellent customer care and provides exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year retail/customer service experience (1-3 years management experience will be considered for manager training program).
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
  • Excellent packing skills.
  • Strong math skills required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
  • Outstanding phone etiquette.
  • Dependable and strong work history.
  • Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Work well on a team.
