The Harris for President Running Mate Team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to support the Running Mate Spouse in managing incoming trip proposals across the campaign. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in coordinating with campaign and RM leadership teams, managing trip calls, and routing incoming trip proposals through relevant approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Trip Calls: Manage trip calls across HFP campaign leadership and principal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Route Incoming Trip Proposals: Route incoming trip proposals for campaign principals and project manage the trip approval process to ensure timely and efficient decision-making.
  • Align with Larger Objectives: Ensure incoming trip proposals are aligned with larger political objectives across the campaign, ensuring that all efforts are focused on achieving key campaign goals.
  • Coordinate Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate alignment across stakeholders between on-the-ground teams, state staff, and HQ about relevant trip information to ensure a unified understanding of campaign activities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong, concise, and efficient communication and writing skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Advance or Logistics: Experience as an advance associate or in logistics is a plus, but not required.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Possess strong trouble-shooting skills, particularly related to travel and operational logistics, to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Highly Organized: Be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep moving forward on all of them at once.
  • Sense of Urgency: Possess a sense of urgency and understanding of the rapidly changing political environment to prioritize tasks and make timely decisions.
  • Flexible Schedule: Be able to work a flexible schedule as required for trip management to ensure the campaign's success.
