Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and production standards.
  • Present food in an appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Serve food to patients and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Clean and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Store food and supplies in designated areas following proper food safety and rotation procedures.
  • Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
  • Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
  • Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
