Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse needs and conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on disease management, medication, and other relevant health topics.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice in Ohio.
• One year of LPN nursing experience required.
