Financial Planning and Analysis Internship

At Big Ass Fans, we're looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. You'll work closely with our financial models, data analytics, and key business insights to drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Compile and organize data for executive-level presentations.
  • Analyze financial data from various departments to contribute to the overall forecast.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports with insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the ongoing improvement of FP&A processes, such as automation of reporting tasks or enhancement of current forecasting tools.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
