Key Responsibilities
  1. Clean and maintain the facility, including restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, stairwells, program rooms, fitness centers, and outside grounds.
  2. Set up and break down rooms for meetings and events.
  3. Refill bathroom supplies.
  4. Perform light maintenance tasks as assigned.
  5. Assist with snow removal during winter months.
  6. Notify managers regarding the need for repairs.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time night shift position that requires occasional work outside the facility to clean the grounds and perform other duties. The ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours is essential. Lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders of different heights, and working in inclement weather may also be required.
