Job Summary

As an EEG Technician, you will play a vital role in our team, operating EEG equipment to diagnose sleep, brain, and neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and prepare necessary materials for EEG procedures.
  • Collect and document patient medical history.
  • Prepare and calibrate equipment for testing.
  • Explain procedures to patients and apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted standards.
  • Perform Bio Calibrations, Verbal Stimulation, Hyper/hypoventilation, & Photic Stimulation tests.
  • Generate and complete reports for physician interpretation.
  • Enter charges for medical procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree (Required)
  • Experience in patient care as a polysomnographic technologist, EEG technologist, or related position.
