About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Domino's Pizza team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling phone orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate all equipment safely and efficiently
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product according to company standards
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility daily
Requirements:
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Verbal communication skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Working Conditions:

This role requires standing for most tasks, with some walking and sitting. You will be exposed to varying temperatures, fumes from food odors, and cornmeal dust. You must be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
