Job Description:
As a Senior Relationship Manager at Capital Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through effective relationship management and business development. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Leaders and Research Departments, to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and create business development opportunities with key clients and partners.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with Product Leaders and Research Departments to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute firm-level business plans and proactive engagement strategies with key relationship gatekeepers for private markets.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in third-party distribution within asset management, selling directly at the home office client level and relationship management experience with Product and Research Teams.
  • Experience working with private markets strategies, comfortable educating audiences on their benefits.
  • Broad knowledge of Private Markets from a distribution perspective across vehicle structures, competition, pricing, platforming usage, and established relationships across key firms.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

What We Offer:

We offer a highly competitive base salary of $180,000 - $260,000, plus applicable bonuses, an annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings. Our compensation and benefits package is designed to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
