Resident Caregiver Opportunity

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Caregiver to join our team. As a Resident Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and daily tasks. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and status, as well as conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents. Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and daily tasks
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status
  • Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
  • Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean up
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CNA certification is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English
