Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with government rules and regulations, including ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA, and other applicable Labor and/or tax laws and regulations.

Experience with ADP, Wex, and Benefitfocus preferred.
