Sanitation Professional

At Fontanini Foods, a subsidiary of Hormel Foods Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Professional to join our team. As a Sanitation Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our production areas, equipment, and machinery.

• Clean and sanitize all production areas, including equipment, machinery, walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Operate high-pressure hoses and apply sanitizers and oil/air mixtures to all surfaces in production areas.
• Disassemble equipment and machinery for cleaning purposes and reassemble once clean.
• Complete all required production paperwork and perform quality checks according to standards.
• Follow all people safety guidelines, food safety guidelines, and company policies.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ability to read labels and perform essential functions of the job per job workstations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
