We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Lisa Allen - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve common goals and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
