We focus on digestive health, offering precise treatments to ensure our patients lead healthy lives. Our expert team is skilled in evaluating and managing a variety of digestive conditions affecting the stomach, esophagus, intestines, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. Our partnership with Southern New Hampshire Health and Massachusetts General Hospital enhances the quality of digestive care we provide.

Position Overview:

The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of providers and resources, including clinics, nutrition, and clinical trials. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments to ensure that all patient appointments, tests, and procedures are efficiently scheduled and that all necessary preparations are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hospital departments to arrange testing for inpatient and emergency room patients.
  • Schedule follow-up visits and procedures for patients.
  • Address patient inquiries regarding procedure preparations and follow-up expectations.
  • Manage scheduling for appointments at external facilities.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reception tasks, clinic policies, and documentation is beneficial.
  • Experience with Epic or EMR systems is a plus.

Work Schedule:
