Iron Worker/Welder

Revolution Industrial is seeking skilled Iron Workers and Welders with commercial industrial experience to join our team.

We offer competitive hourly rates, including:

• Iron Worker: $26-28/hour
• Welder (Stainless or Structural): $28-33/hour

Per diem and incentive pay are available, but rates vary depending on work site placement.

This position involves field work, not fabrication shop work. Applicants must be open to travel within AZ and surrounding states (Southwest U.S Region).

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice safety procedures and policies
• Perform maintenance on job-related equipment
• Set up welding equipment according to the appropriate weld process
• Complete weldments to AWS welding code and blueprint requirements
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.
• Assemble hoisting equipment and rigging for heavy equipment and materials
• Bolt and align structural steel members for permanent riveting, bolting, or welding
• Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts following blueprints and instructions

Physical and Environmental Demands:

• Work at heights above 10+ feet
• Exposure to extreme heat
• Exposure to noise - 80DB - TWA
• Frequent walking, climbing, bending, standing, sitting, and lifting 40 lbs. or more

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Pass a 10-panel urine drug test
• Pass a background check
• OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred)
• Supply basic iron working/welding tools
