Master Esthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Esthetician to join our team at SkinSpirit. As a key member of our skincare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality treatments to meet the needs of our clients.

• Client Consultations: Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their skin concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Treatment Delivery: Skillfully perform a range of treatments, including clinical facials, extractions, medical-grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-penning.
• Client Education: Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Client Safety: Ensure client safety at all times during treatments.
• Product Promotion: Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at SkinSpirit.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products.
• Client Retention: Generate and maintain a client base through exceptional service and treatment delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.

• WA State Master Esthetician License: Required.
• Esthetician Experience: 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Specialized Skills: Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, and micro-penning desired. Laser experience also required.
• Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and ingredients. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and managers.
• Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping, as well as use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or control things. Occasional periods of sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, or balancing, as well as pushing/pulling heavy objects and/or machinery.
