Job Title: Paramedic Educator

AMR Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic Educator to join our team. As a Paramedic Educator, you will be responsible for facilitating internal communication between field staff and management, outside agency interface, system status monitoring, facilitating short-term scheduling needs, equipment and supply maintenance, and other operational support functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs for paramedics, including curriculum design, instructional materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Provide training and education to paramedics on various topics, including patient care, medical procedures, and emergency response techniques.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of paramedics to assess their knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that educational programs meet the needs of the organization and its customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in emergency medical services and incorporate this knowledge into educational programs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • State Paramedic License.
  • State Driver's License.
  • Two years field experience as a Paramedic.
  • Prior EMS management/mentoring/preceptor experience.
