Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care through evidence-based nursing practices
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement education programs to promote patient understanding and self-management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • RN with two years of clinical experience
  • Current license to practice in Texas
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in OB/Gyn nursing
  • Knowledge of nursing informatics and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
