- Participate in preoperative planning and preparation, gathering and reviewing patient data, and preparing the operating room for procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience.
- Surgical Technologist Registration (Washington) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Minimum two (2) years of current continuous O.R. experience in surgical specialty preferred.
