Nurse - PCU / Stepdown

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - PCU / Stepdown position in the Scottsdale, AZ area. This is a great opportunity for nurses with experience in high acuity settings to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our PCU / Stepdown team. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for patients with medium to high acuity needs, closely monitoring vital signs, IV drips, and other key indicators. The successful candidate will be able to administer medications and implement complex treatment plans, ensuring that medical orders are carried out accurately and promptly.

• Provide specialized care for patients with medium to high acuity needs
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans
• Closely monitor vital signs, IV drips, and other key indicators
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and their families on the management of their acute or chronic conditions

• Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and other advanced nursing care practices
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems
