Job Summary:

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team in Worcester, Massachusetts. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for operating ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of internal organs and tissues. Your expertise will help diagnose and treat various medical conditions, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of internal organs and tissues
  • Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Conduct ultrasound procedures, taking into account patient comfort and safety
  • Analyze ultrasound images to identify any abnormalities or medical conditions
  • Communicate findings to healthcare professionals, including radiologists and physicians
Requirements:
  • Certificate from an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of ultrasound equipment and technology
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
