As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our commercial kitchen. This includes:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of inventory
  • Emptying the trash compactor regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and pests
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roofs to prevent damage and maintain air quality

 

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our kitchen is running efficiently and effectively. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
