Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to join our dynamic team at Droisys Inc. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the product roadmap and strategy for our Lottery Instants game management products.
  • Engage with clients and engineering teams to shape and drive product development.
  • Manage the feature backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and maximizing value delivery.
  • Conduct customer engagement sessions to gather insights and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Oversee all stages of product creation, from design to development, while coordinating with engineering leaders.
  • Create essential documentation, including Business Process Flows and Functional Specifications, to support product initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, and Security.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and support to customers to enhance product utilization.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a product ownership or business systems analysis role, preferably within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel internationally and work across various time zones.
  • A solid grasp of the technical aspects of transaction processing products is advantageous.
