Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Andor Health as a Patient Safety Observer - Virtual Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by maintaining visual observation and verbally redirecting them over a digital 2-way audio/visual device. With a strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction, this position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining continuous monitoring of up to 16 patients on one screen at one time.
  • Verbalizing patient concerns to nursing staff when necessary.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to patient needs.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

With a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or mental health setting, you will have a strong foundation in providing patient-centered care and navigating complex medical terminology. You will also possess basic computer operation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and efficiency in multitasking.
