Counselor IOP Partials

Overview:
CFG Health Network is seeking a qualified Counselor IOP Partials to join our team. This is a full-time position working 11A-7P, Monday-Friday, at our Castle Partial Program located in Camden, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and management of patient population in a partial care treatment center.
- Facilitate regular therapeutic groups addressing specific treatment issues and reinforcing patient treatment plans.
- Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
- Accurately record daily patient progress in the medical record and complete other required paperwork.
- Ride along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program.
- Maintain certification in Handle with Care behavior management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BA in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
