Job Title: Professional Engineer - Transportation Services

Job Summary:

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Engineer to join our Transportation Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering transportation projects for local, state, and federal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and specifications for transportation projects, including projects with local and federal aid funds.
  • Collaborate with traffic engineers, structural engineers, and other specialty disciplines to deliver comprehensive reports, studies, and drawings to clients.
  • Operate CAD software to produce layouts and models of transportation projects using current standards.
  • Draft and write technical reports and studies, including design criteria, drainage, geometry, and other relevant topics.
  • Work in a team setting, reporting to and taking direction from a Senior Project Engineer.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) License required, licensed in Washington state or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.
  • 1-3 years of experience with licensure.
  • Bentley and AutoCAD software experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various coworkers and teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $112,000 annually, determined by experience.
  • Extensive benefits package, including bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, vacation, sick, and holiday pay, and company-paid Short Term and Long-Term Disability plans.
