About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join our team at Franciscan Health. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will provide exceptional care to patients with high-risk pregnancies, utilizing your expertise in prenatal diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative services for high-risk pregnancies, including routine and detailed fetal anatomic surveys, genetic counseling, prenatal screening, and fetal diagnostic testing.
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex medical needs.
  • Conduct procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), percutaneous umbilical cord blood sampling (PUBS), and intrauterine transfusion.
  • Work closely with our genetic counselor to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in maternal-fetal medicine.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine or eligibility for certification.
  • Current physician license in the state of Indiana.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
