Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Innvite Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and reviewing work schedules, jointly interviewing and hiring staff, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel.

About the Role:
The Executive Housekeeper will play a key role in ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard. This includes planning and reviewing work schedules, supervising the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities, and making daily inspections of all rooms. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting and following up on items in need of repair and submitting orders as needed to management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and review work schedules with GM* Jointly interview and hire housekeeping and laundry staff* Supervise the work activities of housekeeping and laundry associates* Make daily inspections of all rooms* Report and follow up on items in need of repair* Submit orders as needed to management* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
* Successful recent work experience in hotels or a field related to this position* Proven leadership and supervisory skills* Valid driving license* Ability to train new employees* Basic math and budgeting skills* Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties* Professional business appearance* Excellent guest contact skills* Basic admin skills* Required to demonstrate and practice minimum courtesy standards while interacting with colleagues and guests

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
