Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and support groups to promote patient empowerment and well-being.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Massachusetts State license in social work or a related field (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC) preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with a focus on family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training within 30 days of employment.
