About the Opportunity
Our ideal candidate will be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) with a passion for serving the underserved and caring for the entire family in our community health centers partnered with Valleywise Health (VWH).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in education and research initiatives
- Embody our mission of commitment to patient care, education, research, and community service
