Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the systems and networking framework of Health Advocate. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud architecture and systems solutions.

Core Duties Include:

  • Designing and implementing technical configurations and strategic planning for our systems infrastructure.
  • Managing all aspects of systems architecture, including servers, networks, and applications.
  • Developing Azure and AWS cloud network architectures with full redundancy.
  • Creating efficient CI/CD pipelines.
  • Possessing strong expertise in Azure cloud design, networking, and management.
  • Managing API services, Cloud Governance, and security protocols.
  • Overseeing Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and related services.
  • Maintaining and supporting a diverse range of server environments, both physical and virtual.
  • Implementing disaster recovery plans and capacity planning for growth.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Applicants should have:
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering or computer science.
  • Relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP) are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems administration and network management.
