Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Glen Echo, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide education and training to clients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
