Oral Surgeon

We are seeking a Part or Full Time Oral Surgeon to join our growing teams in Midland and Odessa, Texas. Our industry-leading compensation package includes average earnings 2x the national mean compared to private practice.

• Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members
• Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients
• See patients of all ages, including the pediatric population
• Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic
• Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic
• Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic

• Must have an active Texas state dental license prior to starting with Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics
• Medicaid credentialing is required
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
• Growth-minded providers only

• Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
• Ability to move from operatory to operatory independently
