Machine Operator Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at CareerPaths NW. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 45 lbs., standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Use scales to accurately measure ingredients and maintain logs for traceability.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain quality standards by following production guidelines.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, safety-focused, punctual, and motivated.
- Experience operating and monitoring production equipment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Proficiency with basic software, including Microsoft Suite, and project management tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, product technology, and design principles.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and assess competitive landscapes.
