KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute repairs and maintenance as outlined in the service order with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle performance and identify issues.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and brakes.
  • Maintain clear communication with service advisors to keep customers informed about their vehicle's needs and provide accurate repair time estimates.
  • Complete assigned tasks promptly while keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure the workspace is organized and adheres to safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification from Ford is preferred.
  • A two-year degree in automotive technology or vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
  • Strong background in automotive repair.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks.
