Mixer Driver

Knife River - South is seeking an experienced Mixer Driver to join our team. As a Mixer Driver, you will be responsible for delivering concrete mix to job sites in a safe and timely manner.

• Operate a truck equipped with an auxiliary concrete mixer to deliver concrete mix to job sites.
• Read and follow directions to deliver concrete to locations given by dispatch.
• Clean the truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in the mixer and on the truck.
• Perform daily truck inspections and report needed repairs to ensure safe travel and a good quality product.
• Recognize surroundings and practice traffic awareness to maintain a safe environment.

• Possess and maintain a valid CDL B or higher commercial driver's license, medical card, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam, and drug screen.
• One year of DOT truck driving experience, preferred. Preference given for experience driving a Ready-Mix truck.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
