About the Job:

Parking Attendants are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring the safe and timely parking of vehicles. This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to delivering a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
  • Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking area, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot as needed.
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
