Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA to join our team at Ambe Healthcare Staffing. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Job Summary:

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA will assist occupational therapists in providing occupational therapy services to patients. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist occupational therapists in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Implement interventions to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
  • Document patient progress and communicate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Current state license to practice as a COTA
  • Experience working as a COTA in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
