Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ContinueCare Hospital of Tyler Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients in the MedSurg, IMC, and ICU units, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, promoting seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor Patient Progress: Continuously assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Qualifications: Active Texas RN license, minimum of 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
