Job Summary: As a Merchandise Leader at American Eagle, you will be responsible for ensuring your store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. This includes driving floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for owning day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to ensure the store stays in top condition.

Requirements:
