Job Description

In this critical role, you will lead the estimating team at IAC - Industrial Accessories Company and drive the success of our diverse and high-value projects. We are seeking a strategic leader in the industrial estimating EPC field with a proven track record in managing complex industrial projects.

This high-visibility position allows you to influence major decisions, mentor talent, and shape the future of our estimating processes across various project types. You will oversee estimation for complex projects ranging from structural steel to advanced mechanical, equipment installations, ensuring our work meets industry standards and exceeds client expectations.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years of relevant experience in estimating within the construction industry, with a proven track record of leading successful estimation efforts for complex industrial projects. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CEP, PMP) are strongly preferred.
