This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Realty Execution team at Walmart as a Store Project Coach. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Ownership: Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders, and understanding plans to minimize impact on store operations.
- Leading Others: Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects, encouraging collaboration and teamwork among associates, and resolving store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
- Developing Associates: Provide supervision and development opportunities for your team members, spending time listening and acting on ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns, evaluating talent, training and mentoring, providing recognition, and identifying career paths for associates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience: 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, or 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
- Preferred Qualifications: Leading a cross-functional team, Masters: Business, Project Management - Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute) - Certification.
- Competitive Pay: Annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00.
- Performance-Based Bonus Awards: Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
