Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Support sales initiatives, including promoting products and services, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
