**Job Summary**

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties.

**Job Responsibilities**

As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide safe and competent patient care, assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients. You will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.

**Onboarding Process**

Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, which includes a drug screen.

**Qualifications**

**Education**

Required: Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school

Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)

**Certifications**

Required: Temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR
