Compensation:
Up to $42 per hour, with an annualized potential of up to $87,360.
Work Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM or Sundays plus four additional days each week.

Key Responsibilities:
Our facility provides various levels of care, including Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and Aftercare Planning.
The Lead Clinician is tasked with executing a diverse range of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director and aiding in the operational management of the facility.
The Clinician will perform a variety of patient care activities as instructed by the Clinical Director, including Bio-Psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
Collaborating effectively with the facility leadership team is essential for the success of the facility, which includes:Core Job Duties:
- Support the Clinical Director in developing effective clinical programming and ensuring staff adherence to the curriculum.
- Assist the Clinical Director in auditing documentation to guarantee compliance with company policies, state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and Medical Needs Criteria.

b. Integrated Summary
c. Comprehensive Problem List
d. Integrated Master Treatment Plan and Updates
e. Individual, family, and group therapy session notes
f. Discharge Summary
- Assist the Clinical Director in monitoring group therapy sessions to ensure quality programming and compliance with the curriculum.
- Evaluate patients for substance use disorders, risk to self or others, and co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Effectively conduct group therapy sessions.
- Manage caseloads efficiently.
Other Required Tasks:
- Assist the Clinical Director in achieving departmental objectives.
- Meet with all employees at least bi-monthly to provide feedback on documentation and therapeutic performance, offering guidance and coaching as necessary.
- Support the Clinical Director in monitoring staff performance, providing coaching and disciplinary actions as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify areas for improvement within the department by analyzing data and developing, implementing, and documenting plans for enhancement and outcomes.
- Lead Daily Flash Meetings in the absence of the Clinical Director.
- Facilitate Clinical Staff Meetings in the absence of the Clinical Director.
- Assist the Clinical Director in recruiting and hiring clinical team members.
- Maintain positive relationships with all staff members.
- Create a supportive environment for staff.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic atmosphere for all staff and patients.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year).
Licensure in the State of Colorado as an: Approved LPC Supervisor (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor) may also be required.
Preferred qualifications include: 3 or more years of experience in Addiction Services/Treatment, 1 or more years in a Clinical Lead or Supervisory role, and prior experience in a residential treatment environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in communication and writing skills.
Understanding of State and Federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws.
Familiarity with licensing and accreditation standards.
