Job Summary:

Nashville Electric Service is seeking a skilled Excavation Operator to perform excavation work and operate various types of heavy power equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating compressed air and hydraulic equipment, as well as a commercial driver's license. This is a 24-hour call position with a competitive benefit package and a minimum rate of pay of $29.72 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy power equipment, including jackhammers, pavement breakers, air tamps, and chipping hammers
• Perform excavation work, including digging and trenching
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience operating compressed air and hydraulic equipment
• Commercial driver's license from the state of residence
• Ability to work 24-hour call shifts
