Lube Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As an entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to learn and grow with our company while providing top-tier customer service to our guests.

• Perform preventative maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience with every visit.
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve quick, easy, and trusted services.
• Participate in our award-winning training program to develop skills and knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance.

• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
