Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our Public Works team at 4Creeks, Inc. As a Civil Engineer-Public Works, you will design and manage a wide range of public infrastructure projects, including street reconstruction, roundabouts, educational facilities, trails, and parks.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and managing public works projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals
  • Leading project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Maintaining high-quality project documentation and records
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex infrastructure challenges

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of California
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and performance bonuses.
