We are seeking a highly skilled Timepiece Specialist/Ambassador to join our team at our G-Shock store in SOHO, NYC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the store's overall profitability
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational objectives
  • Maintain a high level of sales floor supervision and product knowledge
  • Develop and implement training programs for store staff
  • Assist in the resolution of employee questions and problems
  • Maintain company merchandising standards and communicate with the Store Manager and home office
  • Assist with inventory management and maintenance of inventory records
  • Nurture existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and calendar creation for the store's social media accounts
Requirements:
  • 2 years of prior experience in the watch industry, preferably in luxury retail
  • Flexible to retail working hours
  • Demonstrated ability to learn a technical product
  • Bilingual a plus
